The GO-SW-24G supports IEEE 802.3az Energy-Efficient Ethernet, which automatically saves power and reduces heat without sacrificing performance or functionality. The switch can detect when a connected computer is turned off or when there is no Ethernet traffic and can automatically reduce the power used for that port, substantially reducing power consumption. In addition, the switch optimizes power consumption for each port based on the length of the cable connected to it, using only the power that is needed. Both features work together to help you save energy automatically.

The GO-SW-24G is a plug-and-play device that requires no configuration, so installation is simple and hassle-free, and you can easily connect multiple computers, share files, music, and videos on your home or small office network, or even create a multi-player gaming environment. IEEE 802.3x flow control on each port minimizes dropped packets when the port’s receive buffer is full, giving you a more reliable connection for all of your connected devices.
