Very important!
The screen weight must be between 2kg and 9kg. If the screen weighs less than 2kg the arm will always go up by itself and if on the contrary it weighs more than 9kg it will always go down by itself. This means that the screen cannot work with this support.
After installing the screen, the arm strength must be adjusted using the adjustment screw (See Figure in step 3 of the manual) until the screen is in the desired and stable position. To prevent the screen from automatically raising or lowering, the arm must be set to the correct strength.
If you notice that the screen automatically moves up, you need to decrease the arm force by turning the adjustment screw towards the “-” direction until the screen stays in the desired and stable position (if the arm force is correctly adjusted, the screen should not automatically move up or down).
If you notice that the screen automatically lowers down, you need to increase the arm strength by turning the adjustment screw towards the “+” direction until the screen stays in the desired and stable position (if the arm strength is correctly adjusted, the screen should not automatically raise or lower).
Once the arm is adjusted to the correct strength, you can adjust the height of the screen by raising or lowering it with your hands and the screen will stay in the desired position.
