Very Important!
The weight of each screen must be between 2kg and 9kg. If the screen weighs less than 2kg, the arm will always go up by itself, and if it weighs more than 9kg, it will always go down by itself. This means that the screen cannot work with this support.
After installing the screen, the strength of each arm must be adjusted using the adjustment screws (See Figure in step 3 of the manual) until the screens are in the desired and stable position. To prevent the screens from raising or lowering automatically, the arms must be adjusted to the correct strength.
If you notice that the screen automatically moves up, you need to decrease the arm force by turning the adjustment screw towards the “-” direction until the screen stays in the desired and stable position (if the arm force is correctly adjusted, the screen should not automatically move up or down).
If you notice that the screen automatically lowers down, you need to increase the arm strength by turning the adjustment screw towards the “+” direction until the screen stays in the desired and stable position (if the arm strength is correctly adjusted, the screen should not automatically raise or lower).
Once the arms are adjusted to the correct strength, you can adjust the height of the screens by raising or lowering them with your hands and the screens will stay in the desired position.
