Introducing Cinema Mode
In film, a technique is used that consists of selectively shifting the focus to direct the audience's attention to the subject of each scene. And now with the iPhone you can use this same narrative resource in your videos. Once upon a time, it was Hollywood, but for all audiences.
Cinema mode automatically creates beautiful depth effects and focus shifts
When you start recording in Cinematic mode, iPhone focuses on your subject and blurs the background to create a stunning depth of field effect.
When it senses a new protagonist entering the scene, Cinema Mode automatically shifts focus.
You can even adjust the depth of field after finishing recording.
If you are not satisfied with the focus or want to adjust the blurring, don't worry. You can do it all by tapping here and sliding there. Not even professional film cameras can do that.
Cinema mode records videos in HDR with Dolby Vision
Make a photon without lifting a finger.
Night mode detects low-light environments and automatically adjusts settings to give you brighter photos with vivid colors.
Portrait mode blurs the background and gives more focus to the subject. You can swipe through six lighting effects to choose the one that speaks to you the most.
Smart HDR 4 now detects up to four different people in the frame and optimizes contrast, lighting, and skin tone independently. The best of both worlds, but on a much better note.
Deep Fusion kicks in in low-light environments and analyzes different exposures pixel by pixel to capture every texture and detail, no matter how tiny.
The ultra wide angle expands the field of view even when focusing on something that is very close. This way, everything fits in the image without having to move away.
Memories are slideshows that are automatically created from your best photos. You can customize them however you like and add a soundtrack with songs from your library.

The Styles are so smart that they raise or lower the colors while maintaining the naturalness of the skin tones.
With Photographic Styles you can put your own personal stamp on your photos. Unlike filters, styles apply the necessary adjustments to each area of the image, without altering skin tones.
Choose Bright to make your photos bright and shiny, Intense Contrast for darker shadows and more vibrant colors, and Cool or Warm to accentuate blue or golden undertones. This is called having style.
Once you've chosen a style, such as Bright, your photos will automatically have that look.
