G-SQUAD These are the latest additions to the G-SQUAD range of G-SHOCK sports watches. Both models in this range are available in black or white, making them suitable for everyday use as well as sports. The base model GBD-800 features multi-segment digital displays for improved readability and operation while playing sports. The LCD screen is divided into top, middle and bottom sections, and features a digital dial at the top right. Each display area displays different measurements, timekeeping and other information, together providing useful data on your daily activities. A metal front button* and vapor deposition treated dial add accent colors for eye-catching designs. Functionally, these watches link with the G-SHOCK Connected app to provide access to a range of features to enhance your workout sessions. Practical features for monitoring your daily health and fitness include a 3-axis accelerometer that counts steps, a multi-timer with up to 20 combinations of five timers each, memory for 200 lap records, and more. The app also lets you keep step count records with five levels of exercise intensity, calculate calories burned, specify a daily step goal, create timer combinations and send them to the watch, store stopwatch measurement data, view data, and more. All of this combines to help you plan and record your workouts, making them more effective and enjoyable. Other features include app-based automatic time correction and the use of more efficient timekeeping and an automatic LED light to facilitate workouts in dimly lit areas. Rear fins on the inside of the straps where they connect to the case, a new shape of strap ring that prevents slippage, and more holes in the strap to allow for better adjustment of tightness all add up to a more comfortable fit. You can make fine adjustments to the strap size.
