How to install the sports tracking device
1. Insert one end of the sports tracker device into the slot on the front of the strap.
2. Press the other end with your thumb to fully insert the sports tracker device into the slot.
How to remove the sports tracking device
1. Remove the strap from your wrist.
2. Hold each end and pull the strap until you see a small gap between the fitness tracker and the strap.
3. Using your finger, pull the sports tracker device out of its slot from the front of the strap
