The Efficient grill combines efficiency and quality for intensive cooking use with the best results. It is a robust and durable grill thanks to its body made of cast aluminium and the quality of its PFOA-free Platinum Plus non-stick coating.
It is suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. It also has excellent temperature distribution for perfect cooking and roasting of all our recipes.
The Efficient smooth grill is ideal for cooking food, both on the stove and in the oven, in a very healthy and simple way. Its wide diffuser base is perfect for cooking both meat or fish and the side dish you want to accompany it with at the same time. Quickly, with hardly any fat and without anything sticking, you can prepare the most delicious meals and dinners. By brushing the grill with the usual oil or with a flavoured one, you can give a different touch to the meat or fish on each occasion. Tasty and healthy dishes with a special touch such as slices of hake with some green asparagus and a little shrimp oil, a beef entrecote with the mushrooms of your choice and truffle or boletus oil, a grill of various vegetables with garlic oil, some squid with some slices of courgette with olive oil or some mussels opened on the grill with a little pepper. Its smooth surface allows you to use it as a baking tray for puff pastry, biscuits, pizzas, empanadas or a delicious focaccia.
