Premiere Tall Casserole
The Premiere tall saucepan combines the quality of non-stick cast aluminium with modern design. It is a robust saucepan with a PFOA-free Teflon Innovations non-stick coating.
It is suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. It also has excellent temperature distribution for perfect cooking of all our recipes.
Includes a glass lid with a heat-resistant knob and two red silicone handles.
This is a very versatile saucepan, as it will allow you to make all kinds of recipes, from a stew on the stove, to roasting the meat you prefer, vegetables or preparing fish in the oven, and even making delicious sweet recipes and some types of bread. It is ideal for cooking spoon dishes such as chickpea and cod stew, stewed potatoes or the brothy rice dishes you like best: vegetables, meat, seafood or fish, controlling the cooking at all times thanks to its glass lid. Due to its capacity, it is ideal for cooking a lamb stew, a fish zarzuela or a beef or chicken stew. In addition, its versatility makes it ideal for preparing any dish in the oven, from a tasty chicken with potatoes or your favourite roast meat. It is also perfect for baking a delicious cake, a 'la Viña' cheesecake, roasting pears or apples and even preparing delicious fruit tarts. Thanks to its non-stick coating, nothing will stick and it is very easy and convenient to clean.
